**[111In]In-DTPA-G250(Fab')2** is an experimental CAIX-targeted SPECT imaging radiopharmaceutical. It consists of indium-111 chelated by DTPA to the divalent F(ab')2 antibody fragment of G250, also known as girentuximab or cG250. The fragment selectively recognizes carbonic anhydrase IX, a hypoxia-associated cell-surface protein strongly expressed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma and in subsets of other solid tumors. It has been evaluated in preclinical xenograft studies to visualize CAIX expression by SPECT or microSPECT, including renal cell carcinoma and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma models; it is an imaging probe rather than a therapeutic radioimmunotherapy.
